Åse Söderqvist-Spering was born in Denmark on June, 30, 1936 and celebrates her 90th birtday in 2026. She is one of Sweden’s most influential piano educators and composers. Generations of pianists have begun their musical careers with her first book, Pianogehör 1 (Piano by ear), first published in 1986.

His music is suggestive and incredibly beautifully orchestrated.” /Musikrevyn, Swedish Radio music review talkshow Rolf Martinsson was born in Skåne in 1956. In 2018, he received the royal medal Litteris et Artibus for his exceptional artistic contributions as a composer.
His writing has an intoxicating allure; Broström is a name to watch.

Tobias Broström was born in 1978 in Helsingborg. His career took off through his collaboration with trumpeter Håkan Hardenberger, who has travelled the world with Broström’s music.
Marie Samuelsson was born in 1956 in Stockholm. She was inducted into the Royal Swedish Academy of Music in 2005.

Under 2026 och 2027 intervjuar Gehrmans Musikförlag några av våra mest spännande tonsättare. Daniel Börtz är född 1943 har komponerat över 140 verk. Vad var det som tände hans gnista, och vad håller glöden vid liv?
Tonsättarporträttet är producerat av Gehrmans med stöd av Stim. Bakom kameran stod Josef Sjöblom (även klippning). Musiken i filmen används med generöst tillstånd från BIS Records, Caprice Records och Naxos Sverige. Intervjun gjordes på Konserthuset i Stockholm i november 2025.
Vad gör livet med oss? är ett samarbete mellan Fisksätra museum, Lone Larsen och vokalensemblen VoNo, där “Fiskis”-bornas egna berättelser vävts samman med sång och koreografier till en föreställning som är både djupt berörande, rolig och vacker. I Fisksätra bor folk från 125 olika länder, som talar ungefär 65 olika språk.
